I interacted with Rashmi at Liz Moore Destination Weddings while we were planning my son’s wedding at the Barcelo Maya resort in Cancun. I found Rashmi to be extremely helpful and it was such a pleasure working with her. The resort was nice and would recommend it to others.

We wanted a small wedding in paradise, and Tanisha with Liz More Weddings helped us bring that to life. Tanisha guided us through the entire process from start to finish, and for that we are so grateful.We started planning for our March 2026 wedding back in May 2025 and from the first call I had with Tanisha I could tell that she truly loves what she does and pours her heart into it. I told her what our overall vision was, the things we wanted and didn't want, our guest number and budget. From there she was able to curate a list of resorts that fit our needs and vision and we ended up going with Excellence Playa Mujeres off that list. Amazing resort which really made our wedding, honeymoon and vacation unforgettable.Anytime I had any question, I knew I could reach out to Tanisha and she was always super quick to respond and help me with the answers. There is so much unknown traveling to a different country, let alone having a wedding in a different country, but she made it all so easy for us!Throughout the months prior to the wedding she sent timely reminders to us and helped monitor the planning with the resort itself which was very helpful and put me at ease. We had some last minute changes and situations literally a week before our travel and Tanisha really helped us through all of that. It could have been a really stressful situation but having her in our corner really eliminated all of that which was amazing.Tanisha checked in with us once we arrived at the resort, after the wedding and after our trip which we appreciate so much. The entire time she was the calm I knew I could rely on and for that I'm so grateful.I will be recommending Tanisha to anyone else I know who'll be getting married as I will also be encouraging them to do a destination wedding! My wedding planner name was Luisa Dizon I had a great experience working with my travel agent. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process and always responded quickly whenever I had questions. No matter what came up, she always found a solution and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Her communication skills are excellent, and she made sure I was informed every step of the way. I would most definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated travel agent!

We were paired with Jessica Pong when we reached out to this company being from Toronto/Collingwood. From the outset, Jessica was extremely kind and helpful. She hopped on a call almost immediately and helped coordinate one with the hotel’s wedding department as well. We had already chose the hotel, so Jessica didn’t need to help with that (PSA: great hotel Dreams/Secrets Bahia Mita in Puerto Vallarta) but we had 130+ guests to coordinate with a final end count of 94 and Jessica was sooooo helpful in managing it all! So many people had additional questions and she always got back to them promptly. It took so much off our plate and we are so happy to have worked with her.

I cannot say enough about how helpful Courtney was in securing our wedding location and booking all of our guests. From the beginning she was always available to answer countless questions and worked so fast and efficiently. She absolutely saved our wedding when we had to cancel due to our hotel closing from Hurricane Melissa. She had a new hotel booked within a couple days and all of our guests moved seamlessly. Our wedding day (and week) simply would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for Courtney. We can’t thank her enough and highly recommend!!!
