When you arrive at the Cancun International Airport, you will drive 40 minutes down the coast to reach your destination. Once you are there, you can explore the Mayan Riviera, Playa del Carmen, and even Cozumel. Whether you want to go shopping, explore the nightlife, or take part in excursions, you will find be in an ideal location when you stay at the Grand Velas Riviera Maya.

It’s an escape to vacation paradise when you choose to have your wedding at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. You’ll enjoy one of three different accommodation experiences while here, whether the Grand Class section, which by the way is the adults-only, the Ambassador or the Zen Jungle. I stayed at the Zen Jungle, and it’s my personal favourite. However, it depends on whether or not you want to be in a more jungle, tropical area of the property or to be located closer to the beach, restaurant and pools.

Beautiful ocean views can be experienced at the Grand Class suites, which is terrific in the evening or even to wake up to a warm, delicious cup of coffee and listen to the rolling waves of the Caribbean ocean just outside your doorstep. One of my favorite aspects of my room stays where the L’occitaine in-room amenities. I love those products and what better way to enjoy them than in your private oasis.
