My name is Michale Hartte, and I am here to help get you to YOUR BEST WEIGHT and LOVE what Fit ‘n Healthy feels like for your wedding!
I started working on myself, and people just began to come to me. They began to ask for help when I finished my Personal Trainers program and began studying Natural Nutrition.
Brides and Weight Loss
I think that brides need to remember it’s one day, but it is one of the best days ever! It’s THEIR ONE DAY TO LOOK AND FEEL LIKE A PRINCESS! Lots of photos, lots of attention, lots of activity – one day only! My specialty is making it simple and easy to stop gaining weight and start dropping it – FAST. No starving, you’ll never feel hungry. Importantly, no depriving, you’ll love the foods. No fuss, there are plenty of ‘grab ‘n go’ options and eating out is easy, once you know my ‘4 Steps to Creating your Meals to Burn Fat’.
What Sets her Aside from the Others
First of all, I do get results both in the short-term AND probably most importantly – the LONG TERM. I guess it is because of all the experience working one on one for 16 yrs. You get to see what works and what doesn’t work. Then eventually, you find a system that works all the time. Once I added the cleansing/detox part to the puzzle and fine-tuned the exercise, it all came together. BEST of all, my clients LOVE their foods and meal plans. No deprivation. Excellent compliance. Real food for real life. I keep it simple, and it’s the truth.
The first would be working with Bob Proctor, the guy from the movie, ‘The Secret.’ I created the Nutritional Plan in his book – The Science of Perfect Weight: A new way of thinking, eating and living to achieve your perfect weight’. I was excited when I was able to teach my Nutritional Plan to thousands of his people in Florida.
My second would be how I was able to figure out how to get the body I love WITHOUT STARVING OR DEPRIVING myself, in any way! I have always had an interest in looking good, but I paid the price, going about it all wrong. That was before I learned how to do it in a healthy way. Now it’s easy, and it’s what I teach my clients.
I guess my third would be how blessed I have been to have helped hundreds of women get the results they have been looking for when it comes to their fitness and health habits. I break through all the clutter, debunk all the bad diet advice, and jump start their way to the body they love!
