What Makes Kirschner Catering Different?

Firstly, this is much more than just a wedding catering company. They have personal chef experiences offered and can be perfect for the bridal shower or gift openings breakfast. If you are ready to hire them for a wedding, why not book them for the other special events leading to your wedding. That way you are working with the same people and are guaranteed fantastic service.

Can They Handle My Wedding?

Moreover, they have enough experience to cater to large weddings. They can manage a customised menu for 2-200 people efficiently. Also, if you are thinking about having a wedding at a house, they are ready for that as well!

Something that Keeley noticed is that she kept saying how they love that they are not the traditional meat and potato kind of menu. Of course, they still have that as an option, but they like to move away from that.

Consequently, a unique aspect of Kirschner Catering is that they don’t have a set menu that you need to select from, unlike other catering companies. What this means is that you have complete freedom for your special day. The first question they always ask in a consultation is “What kind of dish do you see yourself enjoying on your wedding day?” You can have a few rare dishes or an entirely different wedding day dinner. The choice is yours, and they are ready to listen.

What If I am On a Budget?

Like I said, they are there to listen. Kirschner Catering wants to not only be accommodating but create a menu that you will love and be able to afford. Furthermore, they have enough experience with couples that have an array of budgets; they can help you come up with something you will be proud to show off at your wedding. Also, they are partnering up with a local bartender in 2017 that they are excited to work with and they believe is someone that you can trust to handle the drinks at your wedding as well!

Finally, Keeley loved how much passion they had for cooking, especially together. This company was created by a wonderful husband and wife. So you know that you are in the presence of love while you are celebrating your love. They used to spend their date nights trying new recipes and cooking together. What this means is that they make an excellent team and have big ideas for the future that they have built together.

We were assigned Tayler as our coordinator and she was truly wonderful and absolutely deserves 5/5 stars! There are so many logistical and communication challenges with planning a destination in a foreign country (here, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico). Tayler was always on hand to accelerate communication with our venue, especially when the resort's response times were slow due to the busy season. She also helped coordinate transportation and hotel bookings through a third-party, and she liaised with each of our guests directly, which meant that we did not have to shoulder the burden of 90 guests' travel logistics! Overall, we highly recommend the Liz Moore agency and especially Tayler!

We got married in Punta Cana June 2024! Kelly Adrian from Liz Moore was a life saver! She kept all my guests in check with what they needed to complete for the days it needed to be done and completely took the stress of all the booking away from me. Would totally recommend using them and if you get Kelly, you will have no issues!

Liz Moore Destination Weddings was the best decision I could’ve made for my wedding dream to come true! I want to give a huge shout out to Lana, who was an amazing and reliable help from start to finish. She lead me straight through each direction I needed to go through in taking the steps to get my wedding planned. Lana took care of my 40 guests as well! It’s been a pleasure working with her. We had an amazing experience in Mexico, my husband and I couldn’t be more thankful. The wedding turned out to be a dream come true!
